Our team at Dr. Brock Rondeau and Associates does an amazing job each day to make sure our patients feel comfortable and cared for when they come in for their sleep apnea, TMD, and orthodontic appointments. Crystal Graham, the Office Manager, plays a large role in making sure the practice runs smoothly so we can focus on patient care. You’ve probably seen her around the office, but we’d love for you to get to know her a little better.
Crystal is from Dorchester, Ontario and joined the practice a few years ago. Working in the dental field wasn’t something she had ever thought of doing, but after attending Medix College in London, Ontario, she started working at the front desk of a dental practice and fell in love with the job. Crystal had great mentors who showed her how to present cases, as well as how to deal with insurance, staff, and the doctors. She enjoys working with people, listening to their interesting stories, and learning from their experiences while also building her skills and knowledge. “Seeing those smiles everyday makes my job so enjoyable,” says Crystal.
Crystal finds her job as Office Manager interesting. It forces her out of her comfort zone and opens her mind to new possibilities and other people’s perspectives. She says that this has made her a calmer and more understanding person, and she is grateful for that.
If she wasn’t in the dental field, Crystal could see herself as a teacher. We like to think that she does quite a bit of teaching in the office, whether it’s helping patients or working with the other team members.
Crystal wants our patients to know that what we do here is deliver quality of life and all our team members, including Crystal, are a part of making that happen for each and every patient in our Ontario office.
